The Right Moment to Dump your Boyfriend

May 27, 2010 By: romeblogger Category: Rome

There are times when you don’t even remember why you believed your boyfriend was so important to you. Breakups are not easy, and can often cause depression. They are followed by days in when you feel low and all you want to do is stay in bed, you feel you can´t take it any more, and just want to put an end to a relationship full of unforgettable memories.

dumping-your-boyfriend

But how do you do it? How do you tell him that all the compromises he made to spend a few hours with you, all the plans you had for the future, the trips you took together are now history because you want to give up the relationship?

You can still be friends
Things are easier when there is more sex than feelings. If all that’s left is sex, tell him you are not interested in maintaining a relationship anymore because both you and him can have sex with other people, who might better fill your emotional needs. In this case he should take it easy.
On the other hand, if there are still feelings, the situation is more complicated and things can turn sour. Be honest with yourself and think about the reasons why you don’t want him any more. Then, with the same sincerity, try to have a conversation with him. Explain to him your reasons and show him why a reconciliation is not possible. Point out all those things that don’t work and try to make him understand you have a different vision of the future.
When talking about it, make sure your voice, gestures and words clear. You don’t want to make him suffer, don’t you?

Women can also have the last word
It’s well known that most men like to have the last word. Well, guess what? Things change. If you are a woman and you want to dump your boyfriend, you don’t have to wait for him to say it.
Avoid sending a sms or an e-mail announcing to him you’re not a couple any more, talking on the phone or other childish manners of breaking up. Stop by his flat and let him know your decision.
There is not a perfect way to do it without hurting him but try to adapt to the moment and remember to be kind.Suggest he go on a trip, to Rent Apartments in Rome and party all night.

Are you sure you know how to undress your girlfriend?

May 20, 2010 By: romeblogger Category: Rome

Every time she appears dressed in something sexy, she turns you on. Every time you get close to her and you smell her perfume you get weak in the knees but nothing compares to the final moment when she reveals all her secrets, no? That’s because you love to see your woman naked. Face it! Clothes are nice, perfumes are sensual, she is hot and they all make you want to get there, to the point when you undress her.

How to Undress your Girlfriend

But have you ever thought that you could make a sensual experience out of this? Realize that taking your girlfriend’s clothes off it is also an art. You should know that before taking her to the bedroom to start the game, it’s important to make her feel appreciated.

Here are a few steps in case you don’t have the skills and techniques:

1.Everything is about slow and gentle moves. Don’t rush to get to the first buttons. First show how well you kiss, then let your fingers run through her hair. Whisper to her ears how bad you want her with a gentle bite.

2.Slowly touch her breasts and begin unbuttoning her shirt. Do this slowly until you finish with the last button. Take her shirt off but remember, don’t rush! There’s plenty of time for everything. Now kiss her shoulders and make her feel proud of her soft skin.

3.The third step is taking her bra. In order to do it perfectly make sure you know how the hook works. You may want to practice first, just ask your sister for an old bra.

4.Now that you’ve managed to unhook the bra, remove it slowly and let it fall on the floor. Look into her eyes and then admire her beautiful body.

5.There is more to do because she is not completely naked. Take you time, touch her breasts and let your fingers walk down to her body. Control your emotions, now is not the moment for a heavy hand.

6.Now put your fingers under her skirt, touch her vaginal area and with a sensual move, rub her clitoris gently and pull her panties off. Let her lead you though the moves that most excite her. If you want it to be more sensual, there’s no need to take her skirt or her heels off.

7.Now you’ve got what you wanted so let the show begin.

Remember always to be a gentleman and win her confidence if you want everything to be as you planned it. Rent Apartments in Rome and when you get there make sure you remember all these tips before you begin enjoying the night.

Sex in The Animal Kingdom

May 19, 2010 By: romeblogger Category: Rome

Humans are mammals. They procreate in the same way as elephants, horses or dolphins. But some animals have rather peculiar habits when it comes to procreation. Everybody knows that female mantises bite of the head of the male during their sexual intercourse, or that the testicles of a bee explode inside the queen. But here are some strange facts that you’ve probably never heard before!

Procreation of animals

Hyenas. We remember them as the hysterically laughing bad guys from The Lion King. Let me break some news to you: all hyenas have a penis. The females as well. Apparently, the male has to insert his penis in the females ‘penis’ (it’s actually just a really big clitoris, but it is capable of erection). Sounds difficult and we prefer not to imagine how they give birth 4 months later. Ouch!

Monkey see, monkey do? Bonobos are true sex addicts. They have sex to greet each other, to celebrate, they kiss and make up after a fight and they even have sex when they are bored. Even with family members, yuk! It is also the only animal that performs oral sex and kisses with tongue. Oh, and they really enjoy masturbating in group. After a conflict for example, two male leaders might sit face-to-face while rubbing their penises together.

Let’s switch to the ocean. You often hear that dolphins are much like humans. They enjoy sex, though not for long: the male ejaculates in about 12 seconds. The males can be very aggressive; they might try to force a female into sex. Sometimes they have homosexual encounters as well. The opposite of a dolphin would be a pig, whose orgasm lasts about 30 minutes. Nowadays in pig farms, most females are inseminated to make breeding faster and more efficient.

And I’m so happy I’m not a porcupine. The male urinates over the female, to see if she’s ready for paring. Don’t know about you but my libido would be about zero after a golden shower. However, if she is ready she shows him her lower belly (the only place where there are no quills) and he mounts her from behind. Don’t worry about giving birth, the spines only become hard some hours after birth.

Last but not least: Anglerfish. These are not only extremely ugly fish; they also seem to have little fun in their life. The females carry around a sort of parasite. Those are the remains of the male. The males are so small it’s really hard for them to find food, so they attach themselves to a female. Then they slowly start to degenerate until they are nothing more than a lump on the female’s skin, releasing sperm. And you though your ex was a pest!

Pretty amazing huh? If you’re interest in animals and natural sciences, stop by the Museo Civico di Zoologia on your visit to Rome. They have more than 5 million specimens on display! For a cheap and central accommodation, try renting the best apartments in Rome.

His new novel “Perdona pero quiero casarme contigo” (Excuse me, but I want to marry you) promises to be a smash hit as well.

Excuse me if I love you

This book tells the love story of Niki, a young student in her last year of high school and Alex, an older professional, and gives readers a glimpse of the barriers and social prejudices the couple must face to defend their love.

The passionate love story continues in the second part, in the novel “Perdona pero quiero casarme contigo” where Moccia, declares, “I try to deal with all the deep-seated fears that arise with a marriage proposal”.

Niki and Alessandro continue to be that couple that live an incredible love story which has its rocky moments, and Moccia tries to illuminate the roots and complexities of their problems.

After having lived magical moments on the island of Blu, the couple is more prepared than ever to fight the good fight and follow their hearts.

Alessandro goes back to palling around with Flavio, Ellos, Pietro and Enrico, who are all confronting difficult times in their marriages.

Niki gets back together with her friends, and finds that going back is not always easy. The book allows the reader a chance to read many definitions and perspectives on love.

This collection of reflections on what is love, how long it lasts and what it feels like, according to Moccia, also aims to get to the bottom of fears and insecurities that sometimes keep a relationship from functioning.
You will discover fear in this passionate love story, and see that this fear of making a mistake, growing up and being responsible can cause trouble in relationships.

Madame Butterfly at Rome’s Opera Theatre

May 11, 2010 By: romeblogger Category: Rome

A great event is waiting for us in Rome in the second half of May. On May 18th there will be the opening performance of Madame Butterfly, the famous opera by Giacomo Puccini (story by Giuseppe Giacosa & Luigi Illica). The Japanese tragedy in two acts will be repeated for the next days, until May 28th. The show promises to be a hit thanks to the famous Israeli orchestra director Daniel Oren. The character of Madama Butterfly will be played by the Chinese soprano Xiu Wei Sun and by Raffaella Angeletti, soprano born in Turin, Italy. Orchestra and Choir will be from the Rome’s Opera Theatre, while the scenic set will be by the Teatro Comunale of Bologna.

The last time that Madama Butterfly was produced in Rome was eight years ago.

Everybody knows the plot of this magnificent opera: ChoChoSan, young Japanese geisha gets married to the American Navy officer Pinkerton; the American officer will soon leave his young spouse, pregnant, to go back to the States. Three years later, he returns to Nagasaki with his new “official” American wife, to get his child back. ChoChoSan, who waited for his husband for such a long time, understands that her true love is in vain and kills herself after a last, desperate hug to her child. When Pinkerton, moved by his remorse, arrives to Madama Butterfly’s house, it will be too late. She quit suffering.

Not many people know, however, that the first production of Madama Butterfly at Teatro alla Scala in Milan, in February 1904, was a proper flop. Although Puccini spent a long time creating the opera and even studied hard about Japanese cultural customs to be included in the play, the audience didn’t appreciate his work and he was forced to modify the tragedy. Three months later Madama Butterfly was performed again in Teatro Grande in Brescia: that moment marked the beginning of Madama Butterfly success, which was later repeated in famous Opera Theatres all around the world, such as Covent Garden in London and Opera Comique in Paris.

This wonderful show is probably the highest peak of the lyrical season in Rome and it will be soon sold out. Hurry up!…rent apartments in Rome and buy your ticket for an intense production of Madama Butterfly at the Opera Theatre.

Virginity For Sale

May 06, 2010 By: romeblogger Category: Rome

Everything is for sale, from the most unlikely object to the most intangible feelings. Such as virginity. Surprised? You shouldn’t be. Today, what can be surprising? In fact, the internet is full of young girls, or not so young, who want to take economic advantage of this special moment…. For example, some time ago, a young American woman auctioned her virginity through a popular television program. She was paid 3.7 million dollars. I wonder if in the charmed professional world of prostitution, anyone earns that much for their services, I imagine perhaps they do.

virginity-defloration

The idea of virginity is valued as a unique, unrepeatable, and special. For this reason it should also be shared with someone special. Imagine that this romantic idea was more popular, and the world were full of platonic love and relationships such as “Romeo and Juliet.” But the loss of virginity is remembered by some as a painful moment, where there are lots of unknown and uncontrollable facts and feelings. Personally, I prefer to remember my second time.

The question of the sale of virginity is relative; honestly, everyone is free to do with his or her own life what they want. When you hear that someone is selling their most precious asset, conservative heads begin to turn. While this issue can cause controversy, at bottom it is a private decision between one person and their conscience. One can do with their body what they want. In the U.S., where these ads abound, many young women sell their virginity to pay for college. Is this a form of prostitution? At the end of the day it is an exchange of sex for money … but with consent, and in this case, there is not a third person taking advantage of the transaction. Again, I think that everyone should be free to do with their body what they want.

Can you imagine anyone hanging advertisements for a virginity auction in Rome, the holy city? To find out for yourself, take time to know city and rent your apartments in Rome to avoid unnecessary problems. In addition, the beautiful apartments are in the most central areas of the city, so you can discover the entire city.

Museum Night in Rome

May 03, 2010 By: romeblogger Category: Rome

Beginning a few a few years ago, various European cities have begun to promote an interesting cultural initiative: the Night of the Museums, a special night which seeks to facilitate access to cultural institutions to populations who might not have time to visit museums during normal opening hours, and introduce them to the cultural sites of the city.

museum night rome

It is also an opportunity to promote the discovery and enjoyment of cultural events as a valid alternative to other nocturnal leisure activities. The Night of the Museums, in fact, takes place during a weekend, and this year in Rome it is on the 15th of May. During the event, museums are open late and admission is free.

The Museums Night also features the organization of activities, concerts, lectures, theatre and readings. Rome, the eternal city, an open air museum in and of itself, can’t afford to not participate in this event, which grows more popular every year, both among tourists and Romans. It will be a fantastic opportunity to visit such must-see sights as the Vatican Museum, the Coliseum, The Borghese Gallery, the Baths of Caracalla, the Capitolinos Museum, as well as get to know institutions and museums that are perhaps off the beaten tourist track, like the Angelica library (in plaza S. Agostino, guided tours available between 18h. and 20h) or the “G. Tucci” Museum of Oriental Art, which can be found in Brancaccio Palace.

This special spring night also is a great chance to go shopping, because many shops stay open, and savour ice-cream and pizza in one of Rome’s many delightful plazas. We suggest you take advantage of this suggestive and culturally rich night. If your partner has a passion for the arts, why not give them a fantastic gift- a romantic cultural weekend getaway to Rome. Hurry up and reserve your flights and the best apartments in Rome, to guarantee a comfortable and affordable stay.
