There are times when you don’t even remember why you believed your boyfriend was so important to you. Breakups are not easy, and can often cause depression. On the other hand, if there are still feelings, the situation is more complicated and things can turn sour. Be honest with yourself and think about the reasons why you don’t want him any more. Then, with the same sincerity, try to have a conversation with him. Explain to him your reasons and show him why a reconciliation is not possible. Point out all those things that don’t work and try to make him understand you have a different vision of the future.
