February 05, 2013 By: romeblogger Category: Rome

If shopping it is about, one of the best destinations in season sales is Rome. As we all know Rome is one of the major capitals of good taste and good dressing in the whole world, its chic boutiques, galleries, small shops selling leather bags, the best leather gloves, shoes and countless other products can be purchased in the month of February with considerable discounts, We are speaking  about 50% and up to 70% discount, so the winter season becomes very interesting for those who want to travel to Rome and renew your wardrobe, but first lets go step by step, we have to organize the itinerary according to tastes, types of products and lifestyles as well as budgets.

If you wish to purchase couture clothing, but at a good price, it is best to visit the boutique “dell´Alta Discount Fashion”, here you will find seasonal clothing of the most renowned brands such as Armani, Versace and many others Italian and overseas firms. These are clothes that are left overs of this season and you also may find some small items that have manufacturing faults, often ridiculously small, they are seen only if the garment is checked with extreme care. Prices are really convenient, especially during the second week of February. If you are interested visiting it go to  ”Via Gesu and Maria” very close to Spain Plaza.

If on the other hand want to visit shops one by one, walk through Via Condotti. I cannot assure you that not all these discounts are phenomenal, but surely you can find a garment that has a good value for price and a trendy seasonal design.

The main street of the city also is a must if you go shopping. Via del Corso connects all the center of Rome and in its entirety you can find sportswear shops like Nike, Adidas, official football club stores, youth clothing, and brands such as Zara, Benetton, and many others. As you see, you have to walk a lot, but it is always nice rewards if it´s Rome, as you find restaurants, cafes, museums, and many other entertainments that make your day of shopping a fascinating view.

Other places to go are: Via Margutta  galleries “MAS, Alberto Sordi, Upim (Via Barberini) and Coin (Plaza San Giovanni)”, and of course the city markets, Porta Portese, Campo dei Fiori, San Giovanni, places full of products at great prices.

A whole range of possibilities for all budgets and tastes, given beforehand that Rome is  not characterized as the cheapest city in Europe, but for this very reason, the shopping trip is ideal for the winter months , a show and an unparalleled destination if its sales you are looking for!
